Subject to ease of access, and where conditions allow, we’ll reverse our 4x4 and trailer as close to the point of storage as is reasonably possible. In a small number of cases, curb side is the only viable drop-off point so please bear this in mind when you order. A curb side drop would happen if you don’t have a driveway we can access for example. Please contact us first if you're unsure.
All our logs are moisture tested before delivery. Once the logs are in your possession we are no longer in control of their condition so we will not be responsible for logs that have been left out in the rain or stored incorrectly.
Due to safety & insurance issues all goods delivered will be off loaded & placed at the rear or side of the trailer.
We do our utmost to meet delivery requests. Delivery dates and times are flexible and can be arranged but are not guaranteed. They are fulfilled at the discretion of the delivery driver. Please use the ‘delivery instructions’ box on the checkout page to request any specific requirements.

If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us prior to delivery.
If you have received the wrong items, or we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will arrange collection of the goods and rectify the mistake.
If you believe your logs are not below the required 20% moisture content, please get in touch so we can arrange to inspect the logs and assess the conditions in which they've been stored. Please be aware that we cannot take logs back that have been left out in the rain or exposed to the elements (such as driving rain). As per our terms of delivery, logs need to be stored under cover as soon as they’re delivered to you.
